Cancellations and Refunds

Perishable products: Our sweets are fresh and perishable. For hygiene and safety, returns are not accepted once delivered.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel before dispatch by writing to contact@mithilanchalswad.shop or calling +91 9117433909.
  • Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

How to raise a claim

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the outer box and inner contents (unboxing images help)
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI/Bank transfer after verification.

Non‑refundable situations

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Customer not reachable or delivery attempts exhausted
  • Taste preferences
  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery

Order delays

We aim to meet the estimated timelines; however, courier delays beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
