Where we ship
We currently ship to most pin codes across India. Availability and delivery timelines depend on your location.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) on working days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on holidays are processed the next working day. We prepare in small batches for freshness.
Dispatch & delivery estimates

These are estimates. Courier constraints, weather, or festive load may affect timelines.
Shipping fees
- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your pin code.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above ₹999 when announced on the site.
Order tracking
Tracking details are sent by SMS/email once your order is dispatched. Status updates reflect courier scans.
Packaging & freshness
Our gujiyas are packed to preserve aroma and texture. On delivery, transfer to an airtight container and consume within 3–4 days for best taste. Do not refrigerate.
Delivery attempts
Couriers usually make up to two attempts. If undelivered due to an incorrect address, phone not reachable, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
Address changes
Address changes are possible before dispatch only. Once shipped, the package cannot be rerouted.
